Angela Scalise enjoys an active career as a freelance musician. She received her Bachelor of Music degree in violin performance from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin and her Master of Music degree in violin performance from Wichita State University.
Since moving to Los Angeles in 2000, Ms. Scalise has performed regularly with many orchestras including the Santa Barbara Symphony, Opera Santa Barbara, the Joffrey Ballet Orchestra, and the Pacific Symphony. She has also performed with a wide variety of artists such as Frank Sinatra Jr., Clay Aiken, Tony Bennett, Kanye West, The Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Josh Groban, Jethro Tull, and Michael Buble. Ms. Scalise is also an adjunct faculty instructor at Pasadena City College where she teaches private violin lessons and the beginning strings class.
